The service terms that apply when you use SlotAidBD

These terms describe the Indian Visa Appointment Assistance offered by SlotAidBD. Before an order is processed you also sign a short authorisation letter for that order. The full agreement below is the public reference copy.

This is the full service agreement. The short authorization you sign on the order applies together with these terms.

1. Purpose of this Agreement

This Agreement records the Applicant's instructions and authorization to SlotAidBD ("SlotAidBD", "we", "us", or "our") to provide the visa application support services selected by the Applicant.

Our services may include, as applicable to the order:

  • assistance with completing visa application forms;
  • entering information supplied by the Applicant into an application;
  • checking the application information supplied by the Applicant for apparent completeness;
  • assistance with appointment scheduling or booking through the applicable official system;
  • assistance with organizing application-related information and documents;
  • communicating appointment or application-related information to the Applicant.

SlotAidBD provides administrative/application support only. SlotAidBD does not make visa decisions and does not represent that it can influence any government, embassy, consulate, visa application centre, immigration authority, or other competent authority.

2. Limited Authorization

The Applicant hereby authorizes SlotAidBD, solely for the purpose of providing the services described in this Agreement and the relevant order, to:

  1. enter and submit information supplied or approved by the Applicant into the applicable visa/application system;
  2. perform permitted application-support activities on the Applicant's instructions;
  3. attempt to obtain or schedule an available appointment where appointment booking is part of the purchased service;
  4. communicate with the applicable application platform or service provider only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the ordered service;
  5. receive, store and use Applicant information for the purpose of providing the ordered service and maintaining the relevant service record.

This authorization is limited to the specific order identified above and does not authorize SlotAidBD to make substantive decisions on behalf of the Applicant, provide false or misleading information, alter genuine documents, sign declarations requiring the Applicant's personal confirmation, or make representations beyond the authority expressly given by the Applicant.

3. Applicant's Responsibility for Information

The Applicant confirms that all information and documents supplied to SlotAidBD are, to the best of the Applicant's knowledge, true, accurate, complete and genuine.

The Applicant is responsible for:

  • providing correct personal, passport, travel, employment, educational, financial, medical and other relevant information;
  • providing genuine documents;
  • promptly informing SlotAidBD of any correction or change;
  • reviewing the completed application information before submission where a review opportunity is provided;
  • ensuring that the selected visa category is appropriate for the Applicant's intended purpose.

SlotAidBD may rely on information and documents supplied by the Applicant. SlotAidBD shall not be responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete, outdated, misleading or inaccurate information or documents supplied by the Applicant, except to the extent caused by SlotAidBD's own proven failure to follow the Applicant's correctly supplied instructions.

4. Applicant Review and Approval

Before submission, where the applicable service allows a review, SlotAidBD may provide the completed information to the Applicant for confirmation.

The Applicant's approval, whether by signature, electronic confirmation, recorded acceptance, or another agreed method, confirms that the Applicant has had a reasonable opportunity to review the information and authorizes SlotAidBD to proceed with the relevant service.

The Applicant should immediately notify SlotAidBD of any error discovered before submission.

5. Appointment Availability

Where appointment booking is included in the service, SlotAidBD will make reasonable efforts to attempt to obtain an available appointment through the applicable official appointment system.

The Applicant acknowledges that appointment availability may depend on:

  • release of appointment slots;
  • availability determined by the applicable authority or service provider;
  • system capacity;
  • website or technical problems;
  • changes to appointment procedures;
  • holidays, closures or operational restrictions;
  • information or eligibility requirements imposed by the relevant authority.

Accordingly, SlotAidBD does not guarantee any particular appointment date, appointment time, centre, slot, processing time or availability.

6. No Guarantee of Visa Issuance

The Applicant expressly acknowledges that SlotAidBD:

  • does not issue visas;
  • does not decide whether a visa will be granted or refused;
  • cannot guarantee visa approval;
  • cannot guarantee a particular visa validity period, number of entries, processing time or decision;
  • cannot guarantee that an application will satisfy the requirements of the relevant authority.

Any visa decision is made solely by the competent authority responsible for that decision. Payment for SlotAidBD's service is payment for the assistance service ordered, and is not payment for a visa approval or guaranteed appointment.

7. No Government Affiliation

Unless SlotAidBD expressly states otherwise in a written official authorization, the Applicant acknowledges that SlotAidBD is an independent private service provider.

SlotAidBD is not, merely by providing these services, the Government of India, the Indian High Commission, a consulate, an embassy, an official visa-issuing authority, or a government department.

The Applicant should rely on the applicable official authority's published requirements for the ultimate visa requirements and decision.

8. Fees and Payments

The Applicant agrees to pay the service charges displayed or otherwise agreed for the relevant order.

The Applicant acknowledges that separate amounts may apply for:

  • SlotAidBD service charges;
  • government or official visa fees;
  • visa application centre charges;
  • appointment-related charges, where applicable;
  • courier, printing, translation or other third-party charges;
  • other charges expressly disclosed before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SlotAidBD's service charge is a charge for administrative/application-support services and is separate from any government or third-party fee.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility shall be determined according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable to the order and presented to the Applicant before or at the time of payment.

Where a booking/appointment-related fee is described as refundable, the conditions, deadlines and exclusions applicable to that refund shall be those stated in the applicable Refund Policy.

No refund shall be interpreted as a guarantee of appointment availability or visa issuance.

Any refund right that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected by this Agreement.

10. Third-Party Systems and Technical Problems

The Applicant acknowledges that SlotAidBD may need to use third-party websites, portals, appointment systems, payment systems, or other platforms operated by government bodies, visa application centres or service providers.

SlotAidBD does not control such third-party systems and is not responsible for delays, outages, errors, slot unavailability, changes in procedures, rejection of access, or other events caused solely by such third parties, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Documents and Personal Information

The Applicant authorizes SlotAidBD to collect, record, organize, store and use personal information and documents reasonably necessary to provide the ordered service.

Such information may include, where applicable:

  • passport information;
  • photographs;
  • contact details;
  • address information;
  • travel information;
  • employment or educational information;
  • financial/supporting documents;
  • appointment information;
  • application information;
  • other information supplied by the Applicant for the relevant application.

SlotAidBD shall use such information for legitimate purposes connected with the requested services, maintaining service records, communicating with the Applicant, complying with applicable legal obligations, and completing authorized application-support activities. SlotAidBD shall not intentionally use Applicant information for an unrelated purpose except where permitted or required by applicable law. Further details shall be provided in SlotAidBD's Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall service terms.

12. Confidentiality and Security

SlotAidBD will take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the business.

However, the Applicant acknowledges that no internet-based system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely free from security risks.

SlotAidBD will not knowingly disclose Applicant information to unrelated persons except with the Applicant's authorization, where reasonably necessary to perform the ordered service, or where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

13. Prohibited Instructions

The Applicant shall not instruct or request SlotAidBD to:

  • submit false information;
  • create, alter, counterfeit or misrepresent documents;
  • conceal material information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • bypass a lawful requirement;
  • misuse an appointment system;
  • make a false statement to a government or visa authority.

SlotAidBD may refuse or discontinue a service where it reasonably believes that the requested action would be unlawful, fraudulent or materially misleading.

14. Responsibility for Government Requirements

Visa requirements, appointment procedures, fees, eligibility standards and processing procedures may change.

The Applicant remains responsible for complying with the requirements applicable to the Applicant's visa category and circumstances.

SlotAidBD may provide administrative assistance, but its service does not replace the Applicant's responsibility to understand and comply with official requirements.

15. Scope of Responsibility

SlotAidBD will provide the services described in the relevant order with reasonable care and in accordance with the Applicant's valid instructions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Except where liability arises from SlotAidBD's own proven misconduct or failure to perform the agreed service, SlotAidBD shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • refusal or delay by a government or visa authority;
  • appointment unavailability;
  • third-party website or system failure;
  • changes in visa rules or application procedures;
  • inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Applicant;
  • false or invalid documents supplied by the Applicant;
  • the Applicant's failure to attend an appointment or comply with an official instruction.

16. Electronic Authorization and Records

The Applicant agrees that an electronic acceptance, checkbox confirmation, typed name, electronic signature, OTP confirmation, or other agreed electronic method may be used to record the Applicant's consent to this Agreement and the relevant order.

SlotAidBD may retain this Agreement, the Applicant's authorization, order information, communications and relevant service records for legitimate business, compliance and evidentiary purposes, subject to applicable law.

The Bangladesh Evidence Act recognizes the relevance of regularly maintained digital records and contains specific provisions concerning proof of digital records.

17. Applicant's Authority

By accepting this Agreement, the Applicant confirms that:

  • (a) the Applicant has legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and
  • (b) where the Applicant is acting for another person, the Applicant has the necessary authority from that person or is the person's lawful parent, guardian or authorized representative, as applicable.

The Applicant is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent or authorization from another applicant before providing that person's information to SlotAidBD.

18. Entire Service Agreement

This Agreement, the relevant order, the applicable Fee/Refund Policy and Privacy Policy together describe the agreed service relationship between SlotAidBD and the Applicant.

If there is a conflict between documents, the specific terms displayed for the particular service/order shall apply to that service to the extent permitted by law.

19. Changes to Terms

SlotAidBD may update its general service terms from time to time.

The version accepted by the Applicant for a particular order shall remain applicable to that order unless the Applicant and SlotAidBD expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any service dispute through good-faith communication and written complaint handling.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If an order shows a more specific fee, refund, or authorisation term, that order wording applies to that order.
