SlotAidBD provides Indian Visa Appointment Assistance from Bangladesh. We fill the official IVAC application with the papers you upload, and we book the appointment after you pay and confirm the web-file steps.

2. Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email, Bangladesh mobile number, passport number, present address, and optional profile photo.

Order details such as visa type, IVAC centre, applicant information, education and travel answers, family birth places, ports of arrival and exit, and uploaded documents (for example passport copies, photos, NID, and other required papers).

Payment details you submit for offline payment review, including the method, transaction ID, sender mobile, and payment proof file. We do not take card payments on this site.

Messages you send in order chat, ratings you submit, and technical data needed to run the site such as session cookies, security checks, and basic server logs.

3. How we use information

We use your information to create and manage your account, prepare visa applications, communicate about your order, verify offline payments, process refunds where due, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

If you allow advertising cookies, we also use Google and Meta measurement tags to understand which ads led to account creation at checkout or payment proof submissions.

4. Sharing

Staff who handle your order can see the information needed for that work. Payment reviewers may see payment proof and related order details.
